The First day of my new years business venture...

Well today was the first day of my new years business venture... to make my MemoryWorks business a priority.  I went to my very first vendor fair as a MemoryWorks Consultant.  It was a very long and tiring day but well worth the experience.  There were a lot of people there... and they were all busy busy busy cropping and creating away.  I so enjoyed just watching people mill about and work on their albums, while socializing with their neighbors and seeing what creations they came up with.  I sold a few catalogs and got an order, but I got about 15 or so leads from people who seemed to be interested in MemoryWorks.  I will be contacting them via email very soon.

MemoryWorks- TeamWorks Design Team

Well I know its been a while since I posted anything here... and I have some exciting news to share... MemoryWorks sent out emails the end of November stating that they were looking for 2010 TeamWorks Design Team members... They have three different teams you can try out for, Creative Team, Social Media Specialist Team, and the Business Team.  Of course as with most Design Team calls you have to fill out the application, do some projects and of course answer some questions.  Well I decided that since I was going to build my business this next year that I would try out for the teams.  I was only able to finish two of the three apps and projects, but I worked on the two teams I really wanted to be a part of, the Business Team and the Social Media Specialist team.  Well after about a week or two of waiting, the big news was released on December 30th at 2:00pm MST (4 pm for us eastcoasters).  I MADE BOTH TEAMS I TRIED OUT FOR!!! YAY!!!! I am soooo excited.  I can't wait to get started.  I know that it will be a learning experience but there are sooo many wonderful and talented ladies who encourage you daily to get out there and reach for the stars.  I could not have done it without their support and the support of my friends and family.  I am just soooo excited about this that I thought I should share it with all of you.
